**Music Group Services Overview** **

 

Marketing & Social Media -

 

**Basic:** $1,300 for 23 platforms, 3-4 posts/week, content creation, monthly analytics. -

 

Standard:** $1,560 for 3-4 platforms, daily posts, targeted ads, influencer outreach, bi-weekly reports. -

 

Premium:** $4,030 for full-service content strategy, multi-platform management, video production, live engagement, weekly analytics.

 

Music Publishing

Song Registration + Admin:** $390 for registration, split sheets, copyright setup. -

 

Catalog Management (10-15 songs):

 

$3,250 for royalty tracking and sync pitching. -

 

Sync Licensing Fee:** $390 only when pitching for opportunities.

**Photography/Graphic Design -

 

Logo Design: $195 for custom logos with drafts and revisions. -

Merch Design: $162.50 per design (T-shirts, stickers, etc.). -

 

Event Photography: $390 for half day, $700 full day (50-100 edited images). -

 

Artist Promo Shoot $325 for professional portraits. - Editorial Shoot: $520 for stylized photo sessions.

 

Add-On Services:** - Rush Turnaround (48 hours): +$75. - Full branding package pricing available on request.

Event Services

Basic Event Coordination: Venue coordination, artist liaison, timeline creation, vendor contacts, 1 event manager: $1,300

Standard Event Management:  All Basic services + permits, insurance support, marketing plan, 2 managers on-site: $3,250

Premium Full-Service Production: Full end-to-end management, stage/sound coordination, staff hiring, security liaison, merch/vendor oversight, marketing, and media team: $6,500

Day-Of Coordination Only: Staff scheduling, artist check-in, real-time logistics execution, troubleshooting: $975

Ticketing Setup & Sales Management: Includes online ticket platform setup, pricing strategy, reporting: $300

Vendor Booth Management: Coordinate food, merch, and sponsor tables: $250

Sponsorship Acquisition: Target and secure sponsor funding with custom pitch decks: $750

Security & Staffing Coordination: Liaison with hired security teams and volunteer staff: $400

Hourly Studio Recording: Includes engineer, vocal booth, and gear access: $70/hr

Half-Day Session (4 hrs.): block rate for tracking and rough mix: $565

Full-Day Session (8 hrs.): Full-day tracking with producer support: $1,400

Mixing (per song): Multi-track mixdown, includes revisions: $500 per song

Mastering (per song): Final polish for release (WAV/MP3): $150

Recording & Mixing Bundle: 2-hour session + mixdown $150

Production (Beat/Track): Custom instrumental production: $400 per track

Live Sound Engineering: On-site audio setup and management: $1,200

Stems for Mixing/Mastering: Individual WAV tracks export: $35 per track
